Responsibilities

- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be located in the United States (Priority given to candidates in PA and OH).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
