Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone, email, and chat to internal and external users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, operating systems, and application errors.
- Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and security access within the company network.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide users through technical processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
