Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company-provided remote equipment (laptops, VR headsets, specialized tools)
- Provide remote technical support and training to clients across diverse industries
- Document equipment performance issues and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual platforms to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct equipment audits and optimize remote work setups for maximum efficiency
- Stay updated on emerging remote work technologies and recommend equipment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols for all provided equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with remote equipment setup and maintenance
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, MS Teams)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
