Responsibilities
- Manage remote inventory systems and track equipment lifecycle across 15+ client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via virtual support sessions (phone/video)
- Coordinate equipment logistics with third-party vendors using our proprietary software
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Maintain 99.2% SLA compliance through proactive monitoring protocols
- Train clients on new equipment deployments via virtual workshops
- Collaborate with IT security team to ensure compliance with remote access policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of equipment/inventory management experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills for virtual stakeholder interactions
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups/deliveries
