Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain company-provided hardware/software for remote teams
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via virtual channels for equipment issues
- Document inventory, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize remote work setups
- Research and recommend new equipment solutions for scalability
- Conduct remote onboarding sessions for new hires
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for distributed equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure or equipment management experience
- Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Zendesk)
- Knowledge of enterprise hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills for remote connectivity issues
- Experience with inventory management systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent
- Excellent written communication for virtual collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
