Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain remote equipment inventory using our proprietary asset tracking system
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via virtual channels
- Coordinate equipment logistics and distribution across client sites
- Analyze performance data to optimize equipment utilization and efficiency
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades
- Train clients on proper equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment management or technical operations
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and asset management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical troubleshooting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certification (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar) preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
