Responsibilities
- Install and configure remote equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote access
- Conduct preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Document all service activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with field technicians for complex deployments
- Train clients on equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of provided equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 2+ years in technical support or equipment maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
