Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for industrial equipment via remote support
- Perform equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting using provided tools
- Document service activities and provide detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Maintain accurate inventory of provided equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic software and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (10% of time)
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
