Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain remote monitoring equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote access tools
- Conduct virtual equipment training for clients
- Document service activities and maintain digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Proactively identify equipment improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Technical certification (CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with IoT or smart device troubleshooting preferred
