Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company-provided remote IT infrastructure and specialized equipment
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to distributed teams across multiple states
- Optimize remote collaboration tools and implement security protocols for distributed workforces
- Coordinate equipment logistics, setup, and troubleshooting for remote employees
- Document SOPs for remote operations and equipment management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance remote work efficiency
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or equipment management
- Proficiency with VPN, remote desktop protocols, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose remote equipment issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-regional collaboration
- Experience managing hardware/software inventory and logistics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting SLAs
