Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote equipment systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via remote access
- Provide real-time technical support to clients across industries
- Document service activities and update technical databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Conduct regular equipment performance audits
- Train clients on equipment usage and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid U.S. driver's license for occasional on-site visits
