Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure and deploy company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals, and software) to remote employees.
- Manage and maintain a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) to track support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printer configurations, and application errors for clients.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base to improve self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical problems and provide feedback.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies while working remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Valid US work authorization required.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and MacOS.
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
