Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote access
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure solutions including AWS and Azure
- Document IT processes, incident reports, and solution workflows
- Conduct security audits and implement vulnerability patches
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
