Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage ticket queues and resolve client inquiries within SLA targets
- Conduct system diagnostics and implement solutions for weekend IT emergencies
- Document support cases and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for escalated technical challenges
- Conduct weekend system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Train clients on remote access protocols and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and network diagnostics
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
