Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document all support tickets using Zendesk and CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Conduct system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a remote environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization required
