Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 premium customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients using CRM and diagnostic tools
- Document interactions with precision in Salesforce while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global teams through Slack and virtual stand-ups for seamless handoffs
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive service improvements

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B customer experience in remote or night shift environments
- Expert proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed home internet connection with dedicated workspace
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on rotating night shift schedule
