Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex cases and ensure seamless resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores while meeting SLA targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
