Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software/hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve workflows
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training on new technologies and product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS and common software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
