Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via chat and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and policies.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Comfortable working the night shift (typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
