Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information to clients regarding our products.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to company service standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of unresolved cases.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST/PST).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and software issues.
