Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, network outages, and system vulnerabilities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident response
- Conduct system patching and maintenance during off-peak hours
- Train junior support staff on SOPs and escalation protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong analytical troubleshooting for network and endpoint issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
