Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network security systems during overnight hours

- Perform system updates and vulnerability patches during low-traffic windows
- Collaborate with global teams via communication platforms
- Document security protocols and incident reports
- Conduct proactive system health checks
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift preference
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
