Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across global clients
- Monitor system alerts and proactively resolve infrastructure problems during overnight shifts
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping business hours for complex escalations
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Train clients on best practices for system security and efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving complex technical issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for international clients
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM ET)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Valid US work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
