Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise-level hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system alerts and proactively resolve cybersecurity threats during overnight shifts
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during critical outages and system upgrades
- Train users on new technologies and best practices for remote work
- Conduct system maintenance and performance optimization during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and application issues
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent written communication for cross-team documentation and user training
