Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via ticketing systems, chat, and phone
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases thoroughly in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues
- Conduct remote system configurations and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed context
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, security, and application issues
- Exceptional written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira)
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during critical incidents
