- Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Provide remote technical support for employees across multiple time zones
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues via ticketing systems
- Execute scheduled system updates and security patches
- Document incidents and maintain detailed technical logs
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Relevant degree or equivalent technical training
