Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network, security, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Monitor and respond to critical alerts via ticketing system and communication platforms
- Execute scheduled maintenance, system patches, and security updates
- Collaborate with global IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Support disaster recovery scenarios and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud services and network troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM PST, Monday-Friday
