Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents during night shift hours
- Document all ticket resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with global teams during system updates and maintenance windows
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train junior staff on cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Generate detailed incident reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working night shifts or flexible schedules
- Proficient with ITIL framework and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
