Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote technical support for enterprise systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services during overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain system health using advanced monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, security patches, and software updates during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global IT teams using ticketing systems (Jira) and communication platforms (Slack)
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments during assigned shift hours
- Provide on-call escalation support for critical incidents during overnight periods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, security protocols, and virtualization technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Must be available to work consistently during 10 PM - 6 AM PST shifts
