Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Diagnose and resolve complex system problems using ticketing systems and remote access tools
- Document all interactions, solutions, and escalations in our CRM database
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handovers
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on first-call resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network connectivity and application issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet workspace required
