Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems and applications during overnight hours
- Monitor and resolve critical IT infrastructure issues via ticketing system
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system updates during low-traffic periods
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Conduct remote system backups and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/system administration
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet
