Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support to clients across North America during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system with precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Conduct system maintenance and updates during low-traffic overnight windows
- Maintain security protocols and protect sensitive client information
- Train users on best practices for remote work and cybersecurity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows/macOS and network issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote interactions
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home office
