Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for hardware/software issues during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Troubleshoot complex network, security, and system infrastructure problems
- Manage ticket queues with SLA adherence and resolution documentation
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents
- Proactively monitor system health and implement preventive maintenance
- Provide user training on cybersecurity best practices and tools
- Support cross-departmental digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or 3+ years equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required (Security+ preferred)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, SolarWinds)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for enterprise-level systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
