Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical IT infrastructure issues during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for cloud platforms and SaaS applications
- Execute disaster recovery protocols and system maintenance windows
- Document incident reports and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global engineering teams during cross-continental handovers
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities using security scanning tools
- Manage user access requests and permissions within IAM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools like Datadog
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Experience with VPN setups and remote access protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM PST (flexible within 4-hour window)
