Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise software products during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including network connectivity, software compatibility, and performance optimization
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems with detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with global engineering teams during handover periods to escalate unresolved issues
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential outages during overnight hours
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores with response times under 15 minutes
- Train and mentor junior support staff during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer-facing tech roles
- Expertise in Windows/Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation of technical concepts
- Ability to maintain high performance during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams with proven time management
