Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve technical incidents and service requests via Zendesk/ServiceNow during the night shift window.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and solutions in the knowledge base.
- Adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure 99.9% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be willing to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pacific Time).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems.
