Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with state curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations) for dynamic sessions
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Tennessee teaching certification (or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience in virtual or classroom teaching
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational technology
