Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards

- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom) for seamless instruction
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to support student growth
- Participate in ongoing training to refine tutoring methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience with K-12 students
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, or English
- Excellent communication and digital literacy skills
- VA teaching certification preferred
- Proven ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learners
- Background check clearance required
