Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and small group virtual instruction across multiple subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state standards and student goals
- Utilize interactive digital tools (virtual whiteboards, gamified platforms) for dynamic sessions
- Track student progress through our learning management system and provide detailed feedback
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and modify teaching strategies

Qualifications

- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
