Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and digital tools
- Illinois teaching certification or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Background check clearance required
