Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Utilize our interactive platform to create dynamic, visually stimulating lessons
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback to parents
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate session records and documentation in our tutoring portal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Florida teaching certification preferred but not required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
