- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
- Utilize digital tools to create dynamic learning materials and resources
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and student achievements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- State teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years of experience in virtual or classroom teaching
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
