Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group virtual sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress through our digital assessment tools and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize multimedia resources to create dynamic learning experiences
- Participate in monthly training sessions and curriculum updates
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Tennessee teaching certification preferred
- Background check and child safety clearance required
