Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals Monitor progress and provide detailed feedback to students/parents
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
- Collaborate with curriculum team to enhance teaching materials
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
- Utilize interactive tools to create dynamic learning experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- CA teaching credential preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and digital literacy skills
- Proficiency in virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance required
