- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona state standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress through data analytics and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to optimize learning outcomes
- Utilize multimedia tools to create interactive, visually stimulating lessons
- Maintain accurate session records and student portfolios

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or subject-specific field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
