Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions across multiple subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for interactive lessons
- Prepare and adapt educational materials for diverse learning styles
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- State teaching certification preferred (FL certification a plus)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
