Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in assigned subject areas
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents/clients
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, shared documents, interactive platforms) for engaging sessions
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators
- Stay current with educational methodologies and subject-specific content updates
- Maintain accurate session records and tutoring notes in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 or college level)
- Proven expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English, History, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital tutoring platforms
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and reliable internet connection
- Massachusetts residency preferred (not required for remote role)
