Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, screen sharing) to create engaging learning experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies and subject expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Nevada teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience
