Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group virtual instruction in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals

- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and school partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (virtual experience strongly preferred)
- State teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and digital teaching tools
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
