Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop adaptive lesson plans aligned with Common Core standards
- Track student progress using our proprietary analytics dashboard
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student growth
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists on content refinement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years verified tutoring/classroom experience
- CA teaching certification preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with Google Classroom, Zoom, and LMS platforms
- Exceptional communication and digital literacy skills
- Ability to diagnose learning gaps and adapt strategies
- Cleared background check and fingerprinting
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
